High-pressure units, hoses, and containment barriers are staged on the barge or dock. Every crew member completes a site-specific induction, and we verify permit-to-work documents with your safety officer.
Crews work in shifts to strip moss, barnacles, and loose scale from structural steel. We use variable pressure settings to protect coatings on load-bearing members and keep runoff contained within the work area.
After cleaning, we apply a marine-grade anti-corrosion layer to exposed steel. A final inspection covers coating thickness, surface profile, and residual moss, with a written report for your maintenance file.
