Terms of Use for Industrial Maintenance Services

These terms govern the use of Atlanticdemoussage services, including offshore rig cleaning, port facility maintenance, and anti-corrosion moss removal. By engaging our services, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

Scope of Services

Atlanticdemoussage provides heavy-duty industrial cleaning and anti-corrosion treatment for offshore oil rigs, corporate port facilities, and marine steel structures. Our work includes high-pressure hydroblasting, moss and biofouling removal, surface preparation, and protective coating application. Any service outside this defined scope requires a separate written agreement.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide safe access to the work site, disclose known hazards, and ensure that relevant permits are in place before our crew arrives. This includes confirming structural stability, isolating live systems, and coordinating with site safety officers. Failure to meet these conditions may delay scheduled work and affect service timelines.

Liability and Limitations

Atlanticdemoussage carries out work with trained personnel and calibrated equipment, but we do not assume liability for pre-existing structural defects, undocumented subsurface corrosion, or damage caused by third-party interference. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service. We are not responsible for indirect losses, including operational downtime or lost production.

Safety and Compliance

All operations follow Malaysian industrial safety regulations and internal protocols for working at height, confined spaces, and marine environments. The client agrees to comply with our safety requirements during active work zones. Any observed violation of safety rules may result in immediate suspension of services without penalty to Atlanticdemoussage.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms of the signed contract. If the client cancels a confirmed schedule less than seven days before the start date, a rebooking fee may apply. Atlanticdemoussage reserves the right to suspend work if site conditions pose an unacceptable safety risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in regulations, equipment, or service offerings. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions about these conditions, contact us at info@atlanticdemoussage.com.
